Brendan Iddles, BaritoneBrendan is featured as “Dr Daly” in The Sorcerer.
Brendan’s love has always been music. School and community choirs, musicals, concerts, bands, karaoke, as long as signing was involved, he was there. Over 30 years on stages all over Sydney (must have started young right!?) enjoying roles in such great shows as Fiddler, Les Mis, Sound of Music, Superstar, Little Shop, Barnum, Chess, Wizard of Oz, Joseph, Damn Yankees etc with most of Sydneys’ premier amateur companies. Add to that, roles in most of the big G&S shows – Pirates, Mikado, Gondoliers, Pinafore, Ida, Trial and now Sorcerer. Branching out from just on stage activities, Brendan also gets his hands dirty constructing sets and making props, smoke and mirrors, lights and magic. |

About UsThe Savoy Arts Company Incorporated has been producing shows since 1985, specialising in the operettas of William Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan. To better reflect its primary artistic objective, commencing from 2014, the company will be performing as Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Sydney. Our performing group has provided excellent training in all aspects of stagecraft for performers who have made a career in opera and musical theatre. The Ensemble style of our productions not only provides the chorus with experience in singing with an orchestra, but also provides ample opportunity to learn and develop skills in characterisation and stagecraft.
